White Mountain Tree
Schulman Grove-Ancient Bristlecone Pine Forest, California
After having been striken by lightning, this tree appears to be reaching for the sky. The mountains in the background extend into Nevada where it looks like rain is coming. Maybe not, as the annual rainfall of this area is around 1/2". Photo © copyright by Frank LeBlanc.
